Training has been cancelled for a few weeks as Andy undergoes a minor operation. Training is expected to restart mid December. If you would like to be informed when training is due to resume, please leave a note on the poster in the dojo. We would like to extend our best wishes to Andy for a speedy recovery.
I have (finally) updated the judo links to the Trowbridge Judo Club website. It's a nice site with plenty of information for new joiners and existing members of the Judo club.

I knocked together a quick Kihon no Tsukuri page (with a little help). It's a significant part of every grading from 5th kyu upwards, so you get to know it fairly well. As usual, any corrections or suggestions, please email .
